David began his journey with Black Tie in 2015 as a rope access technician. In 2018 he and his partner took the opportunity to expand Black Tie on Vancouver Island and is now the Victoria Operations Manager. He has been in the rope access industry for 7 years and recently obtained his SPRAT Level 3 certification. David’s day to day is ever evolving to accommodate our rapidly expanding business. His tasks include everything from working in the field to building and maintaining professional relationships.
He takes pride in his work and values honesty, respect and kindness. His can-do attitude goes a long way in the world of customer service and he applies this demeanor to all aspects of his life. In his spare time he enjoys skateboarding, hiking with his three dogs and camping on the beautiful west coast. He loves being a part of the Black Tie team because he is strongly aligned with the Black Tie core values.
