Job Description
Job Title: Rope Access Technician (NOC 72999)
Term of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Company: Black Tie Property Services Inc.
Salary: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
Hours per Week: 30-40 hours
Vacation: 2 weeks paid vacation
Work Locations: Jobs throughout the Lower Mainland, British Columbia

Your Responsibilities
- Perform rope-access duties for hard-to-reach areas without scaffolding or platforms.
- Complete tasks like window cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, exterior
sealant renewals, and more. - Inspect and report findings, investigate leaks, and communicate with customers and managers to ensure workflow and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- SPRAT or IRATA Level 1 (or higher) certification.
- Device and computer literacy to access online forms and digital platforms.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English (doesn’t need to be perfect).
- Experience in window cleaning or power washing is a plus (training provided).
- A valid BC Driver’s License is preferred.
