Job Description
- Ground Crew Technician (Vancouver)
- Term of Employment: Full-time, Seasonal
- Company: Black Tie Property Services Inc.
- Salary: $22.00 – $34.00 per hour
- Work Hours: 30–40 hours per week
- Vacation: 2 weeks paid vacation
- Work Locations: Sites across the Lower Mainland, BC
- Language: English

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in window cleaning or pressure washing preferred.
- Canadian residency or valid work permit.
- Basic digital literacy (for online forms and digital platforms).
- Strong verbal and written English skills (doesn’t need to be perfect).
- Valid BC Driver’s License preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform tasks such as window washing, pressure washing, dryer vent and gutter
cleaning, often at height.
- Maintain positive communication with customers and managers.
- Follow all safety regulations.
- Assemble, inspect, and maintain tools and equipment at job sites.
