Job Title:  Ground Crew Supervisor

Term of Employment: Full time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour 

Work Hours Per Week: 35-40 hours a week 

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in window cleaning and/or pressure washing
  • Has Canadian residency or a valid work permit
  • Computer and/or device literacy to access online forms & digital platforms daily
  • Comfortable and effective with verbal and written communication in English
  • Valid BC Driver’s License 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties such as inspection/reports, washing windows, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning and other kinds of work at height. 
  • Provide leadership and direction to the ground crew with clear communication.
  • Monitor emails, slack channels, and incoming messages and responded to accordingly
  • Managing and performing gear inspections or assignment
  • Attending and contributing to the weekly/monthly safety & handoff meetings
  • Addressing reported quality control issues and providing customer service 
  • Assisting with load in at job sites and loading out gear as needed
  • Solving on site problems and unexpected issues 
  • Oversees ground crew labour reports and reconciling budgets for payroll 
  • Contributing to toolbox talks as scheduled 
  • Training new recruits on site & monitoring progress 
  • Completing Performance reviews with crew members
