I hired Black Tie Properties for our 22 story Port Moody building and they did a fantastic job. Dryer vent cleaning, parkade cleaning schedule of all three levels, notices for the 4 faces of the buildings schedule (exterior of building, balconies followed by window cleaning) and roof anchor testing in advance of boson chair work from the roof top. I have found bundling all of the above services with a single contractor to be the easiest by far for me to manage and result in successful client satisfaction projects.
