David joined the Black Tie family in 2012 bringing with him, 6 years of experience in exterior post construction cleaning. Since then he has continued to build his reputation as a trustworthy partner in the construction industry.
David holds several safety and construction related certifications including: SPRAT Level 3 Construction Project Management – VRCA, Equipment Inspection COC, and COR Internal Auditor.
David is passionate about developing and maintaining lasting great business relationships. He has a great sense of humour and an ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease.
His work includes consulting with engineers and architects on the design of access systems to help facilitate regular maintenance and inspection of Vancouver high rise buildings. His goal is to consistently deliver high quality post construction cleaning services to our clients while making the final stages of construction as easy and seamless as possible.
When he is not working, you’ll find David enjoying outdoor adventures with his family and playing sports. In the springtime, he coaches and plays on a local softball team. He is “famous” for cooking his delicious Mexican dishes for Black Tie on many occasions . If you’re lucky you might even get to enjoy his fresh guacamole & chips at a Black Tie party one day!
